Camellia Bay developers have created programs and guaranteed millions of dollars to benefit the community, both within the City of Slidell and in the unincorporated area of Slidell near the resort that has been designated as the St. Tammany Parish Gaming and Entertainment Project Zone.
The host community agreement entitles the local government to 5% of all gaming revenue—the largest share in Louisiana history.

- Permitted Clearing, De-snagging, Dredging of Debris
