- The study encompasses nearly 200 pages of sourced research using extensive data from federal agencies.
- Seven different topics covered: Small Business Impact, Property Values, Public Safety, Home Values, and more.
- Over a dozen cities comparable to Slidell are examined. Each saw resort-casinos open in their region.
The study utilized extensive data compiled from government agencies like the FBI, Census Bureau and Bureau of Labor Statistics. Over a dozen different U.S. cities with resort-casinos were examined to collect this data.
